I currently live in Rifle Colorado, and at times when budget allows, my husband and I go to Central City to gamble. When we go there we go with a certain amount of money and that is it. We really enjoyed going to the Isle's casino because they have machines that we enjoy playing. Everytime after we have been there, we will usually get promo's. The thing that is really bothering me is the fact that never once do I receive anything in the mail, it is always my husband even though we spend the same amount of money there. I have called to try to talk to Tara in HR and she has returned my phone calls once. I really feel that because I live in Colorado where women are still thought to be seen not heard, and still receive lower pay then the men in this state, that I am being blown off by the HR manager at the Isles.
My husband will receive offers such as a free three night stay, comp or discounted meals. In order to use these you have to present a photo ID upon time of check in so I can not use any of these deals or coupons.
Is this really allowed? Should I just deal with it, or is there something that I can do about this? I have also talked with someone with whom I worked with and she said that she never received anything either, only her husband.
Can someone help me, or like I had mentioned should I just continue to let this bother me knowing there is nothing that can be done about it.
